Facilitated Stretching

Private Pilates Sessions

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a stretching technique utilized to improve muscle elasticity and has been shown to have a positive effect on active and passive range of motions.

Mat-based Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each session will be one-on-one and work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Weight Management

Focusing primarily on two phases to help you achieve your optimal weight for overall health and long term fitness. Phase one is focused on weight loss and phase two focuses on weight maintenance. Both are integral parts to long term successful weight management.

Functional Fitness Training

Focusing on improving your daily life rather than just improving aesthetics. Functional fitness training incorporates core stability, flexibility and balance. Working one-on-one to improve posture and full joint range of motion. This is a strength based workout designed to improve everyday functioning
